About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst – FP&A to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Director – Finance & Accounts. You will own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, working closely with GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic insights
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports highlighting performance trends and risks
- Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations to leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
- Manage financial data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics across multiple systems
- Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and FP&A tool adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CA/CFA preferred
- 5–7 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology product company
- Proven business partnering experience with GTM functions and leaders
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Hands-on experience with FP&A tools (Vena, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar)
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI / Tableau
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
