About the Role
As a Customer Success Design Architect, you will play a critical role in customer onboarding, solution design, and driving long‑term product adoption.
You will work closely with customers to design cryptographic asset management solutions across PKI, certificates, SSH keys, API keys, and more. By blending deep technical expertise with an understanding of customer business goals, you will help customers maximize the value of AppViewX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Design AppViewX solutions by collaborating with architects, solution engineers, and customer teams.
- Translate customer objectives and success criteria into scalable technical designs.
- Enable faster go‑live through hands‑on technical guidance.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Architects to address technical challenges and product gaps.
Adoption & Value Realization
- Lead adoption workshops and educate customers on best practices and industry standards.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during complex implementations.
- Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewal strategies.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams to improve product capabilities and customer experience.
- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews, highlighting improvement opportunities and value realization.
Roadmap & Solution Planning
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Services teams.
- Influence product enhancements and long‑term roadmap based on customer and industry priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years in technical architecture roles (Enterprise / Solution / Application Architect)
- 4 years in customer‑facing technical roles, preferably post‑sales in enterprise SaaS
- 1 year in a senior or leadership role (Team Lead / Senior Architect / Manager)
- Strong domain expertise in PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Certificate Lifecycle Management & PKI implementations
- PKI integrations, Certificate Authorities, SCEP, MS Intune
- Kubernetes, Linux CLI, Windows Server
- Apache & IIS
- Load balancers (F5 / AVI / NetScaler)
- Salesforce, JIRA, ServiceNow
- Experience working with Fortune 500 customers
- Proficiency in technical documentation and diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io)
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
Certifications (Preferred): CISSP / CISM / CISA
