We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to lead testing activities for enterprise applications with a strong focus on Test Automation, Selenium, and Java. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing automation frameworks, leading QA teams, and delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing processes.
- Lead and mentor the QA team in executing manual and automated testing activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Track, prioritize, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.
- Stay current with emerging test automation tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with API testing (Postman or Rest Assured).
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
