Roles & Responsibilities:
- A Salesforce QA Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium is responsible for designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the stability of complex Salesforce environments.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to lead the development of automated test scripts for our Salesforce ecosystem.
- You will focus on improving test coverage, reducing manual regression efforts, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce (Sales/Service/Health Clouds) and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Development: Design, build, and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks from scratch, typically using Java or Python.
- Test Execution: Automate critical business flows including login, lead conversion, and record creation within the Salesforce Lightning UI.
- Integration & API Testing: Validate complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jenkins to enable continuous quality gates.
- Defect Management: Perform root-cause analysis on failures, conduct defect triage, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely closures.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, provide feedback on technical design documents, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
