Incorporated in 1973, APPS is the largest paramedical company in the United States specializing in paramedical services for the life and health insurance industry. We are seeking to fill multiple roles for Examiners to perform mobile insurance examinations and Clinicals. These exams will be conducted at the applicants home, work etc. Local travel is required in the area you choose. We are looking for experienced Examiners to create their own flexible schedule and earn extra income!
Job Responsibilities: As an APPS Examiner you will conduct mobile healthcare screens for over 900 insurance companies and also complete draws for clinical trials.
You will schedule applicant appointments and communicate daily with our office regarding case status. Other responsibilities of the Examiner include:Recording medical history,Taking and recording vital signs (height, weight, pulse & blood pressure),Collecting and processing blood & urine samples. Providing daily case updates to office via internet. Ideal candidates possess the interpersonal skills to interface with clients, management, and office staff with a high level of courtesy and professionalism .
Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist - Healthcare Technician - RN Registered Nurse Job Requirements: Qualified candidates of the Examiner position must have 2 years of current phlebotomist experience and have completed a minimum of 125 draws.
Other requirements :A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation and car insurance, personal access to the internet, a personal cell phone,and tablet. Organized and detail oriented a must.
Local travel in your area is part of the job.
