Appolo Heating & Cooling has been family-owned and operated since 1968 and is one of the largest independent HVAC companies in New York. Our Hudson Valley service team is busy and growing, and we're adding experienced residential HVAC pros who diagnose problems, deliver quality repairs, and take great care of customers.
Based in Wappingers Falls and also recruiting in Fishkill, Hopewell Junction, Poughkeepsie, Beacon, and the surrounding Hudson Valley.
Choose Your Level
- Service Technician: Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps independently.
- Senior Service Technician: Take on the complex diagnostics and help resolve the team's toughest technical questions.
- Lead Service Technician: Set the standard in the field and mentor technicians as they grow.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot electrical controls, airflow, refrigerant, and mechanical issues and complete reliable repairs
- Service residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
- Explain findings and options clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions
- Keep accurate service notes, work safely, and stay in step with dispatch
- Senior and Lead: handle escalated diagnostics and support other technicians in the field
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on residential HVAC service experience with independent diagnostic skills
- EPA Section 608 certification; additional certifications are valued
- Strong customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Boiler and oil heat experience is a plus
- Senior and Lead: advanced diagnostic experience; Lead candidates should be ready to mentor

Work Location
Based out of our Hudson Valley branch at 95 Airport Dr, Suite 1, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590, serving homeowners across the surrounding Hudson Valley.
