Installers from $30.00/hr Overtime
Installer and Lead Installer rates start at $30.00/hr and go higher with experience and certifications. Supervisor pay is based on role and experience.

Choose Your Role:
- Residential New Construction HVAC Installer: Install ductwork, equipment, line sets, and ventilation from plans, through rough-in, trim-out, and final.
- Residential New Construction Lead HVAC Installer: Lead daily installs, guide your crew, coordinate with other trades, and verify inspection readiness.
- Field / Installation Supervisor: Oversee crews across jobsites, monitor workmanship, resolve field issues, and coach installers.
What You'll Bring
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Field roles: ability to read plans and work safely on active construction sites
- Lead and Supervisor roles: proven crew leadership
- Dependability and a team-first attitude
- HVAC certifications are a plus
Compensation
- Installer and Lead Installer: from $30.00/hr, higher based on experience and certifications, plus overtime
- Field / Installation Supervisor: based on role and experience

Work Location
Based out of our Schenectady branch at 868 Burdeck St, Schenectady, NY 12306, with new construction jobsites across the Capital Region.
