AWS Certified Welder
We are seeking an experienced AWS Certified Welder to join our aerospace NDT team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication work in accordance with industry, customer, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication operations in accordance with AWS standards and company procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Operate welding, fabrication, and related shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Support production, repair, and custom fabrication projects as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and quality requirements
- Collaborate with production, quality, and inspection teams to meet customer and project deadlines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current AWS welding certification required
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Mechatronics experience or machining skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary : $22 - $35
