Applied Underwriters is currently hiring a Manager for our Reinsurance Accounting team who will assist in creating, developing, analyzing, and maintaining data used for financial statements, examinations, regulatory reporting, and internal reporting. This role will be responsible for performing daily accounting functions, account reconciliations and assist monthly close. You will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and program management teams from around the globe to ensure the accuracy of all financial reinsurance accounting reporting. As the Manager you will play an integral role for the rapidly growing reinsurance solutions sector at Applied Underwriters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, providing foundational knowledge of accrual-based accounting, journal entry preparation, and financial statement analysis
- Strong Excel skills with an interest in coding/automation
- 2 years of Professional experience in an accounting role
