The Finance & Accounting Development Program (FADP) at Applied Underwriters, Inc. is a three-year, full-time rotational program designed for recent graduates. It prepares participants for long-term success through structured development, cross-functional experience, and academic support.
\n- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, providing foundational knowledge financial statement analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Professional experience in an accounting or finance role via a job or internship.
