Duties

- Serve as the primary internal representative of our organization and convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our products, services, and capabilities.
- Resolves product or service problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Set up new accounts, maintain records, prepare reports and perform work processing assignments.
- Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
- Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals of the company.
- In support of the Order Management Specialists, enter customer orders into the computer system to initiate order fulfillment process.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Prepare reports on account performance, sales activities, and market analysis for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the textile industry
