We’ve got momentum, a high-performing sales machine, and a leadership team ready to take it to the next level. Now we need a Sales Director to own the strategy, scale the team, and drive exponential growth.

What You’ll Be Driving:
- Revenue Leadership: Own the entire sales number. From new business to renewals to upsells—you’re responsible for driving and growing all revenue channels.
- Team Management & Expansion: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Managers, BDEs, and Account Managers. Set the tone, the tempo, and the expectations.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Build aggressive go-to-market plans. Set territory strategies, product focus, and vertical plays.
- Pipeline Mastery: Oversee pipeline development, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy. Your dashboards are sharp—and your follow-up is sharper.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales, CRO, Marketing, and Technical Directors to align on big-picture goals, campaign rollouts, and enterprise partnerships.
- Channel Expertise: Stay aligned with ATG Partner’s product roadmaps and ecosystems. You’ll be our voice in the channel—and our edge in the market.
What You Bring:
- 7 years in B2B sales, with 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-layered teams.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding multi-million-dollar targets.
- Deep understanding of solution selling—especially in SaaS, design software, AEC, or construction technology.
- You’ve built sales playbooks, led strategic territory planning, and developed top-tier reps.
- Expert-level communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- You're a competitive, metrics-obsessed leader who makes smart bets and expects results.
- Bonus points for experience in the Autodesk reseller ecosystem or related design/engineering platforms.
