Construction Technical Specialist
ATG (Applied Technology Group) is the premier technology business partner for the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry in North America. With their deep industry knowledge, ATG delivers tailored services that meet the unique needs of AEC professionals, ensuring seamless integration and support across their technology platforms.
LOCATION: Offices in North Little Rock, AR, and Phoenix, AZ, preferred. Open to remote in other locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently handle complex VDC projects and documentation.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and conflict-free models, designs, or workflows.

Perform detailed quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Mentor Technical Specialist I team members and assist in technical troubleshooting.

Deliver training, advanced software implementation, and standards set up for client projects.

Assist with drafting, content creation, and process improvements for client projects.

Stay updated on advancements in modeling tools, standards, and best practices in the construction discipline.

Producing Scopes of Work (SOWs),

Participate in client meetings and Initial Assessments.

Conduct advanced coordination and resolution of design conflicts or integration issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of construction management experience.

Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and conflict-free models, designs, or workflows.

Expertise in performing detailed quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Experience providing technical troubleshooting support.
-
Proficiency in delivering training, implementing advanced software solutions, and setting up standards for client projects.

Up-to-date knowledge of advancements in VDC tools, standards, and best practices in the construction discipline.

Strong communication skills.

Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
