Position Highlights:
- Temp-to-perm with a clear path to a permanent role
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hr monthly bonuses
- Convenient Mandarin location in Jacksonville, FL
- Full-time, in-office schedule: 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. OR 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell health insurance policies and ancillary products to individuals
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate plans
- Clearly explain policy features and benefits
- Assist with application completion and enrollment
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates
- Maintain accurate client records
What You’ll Need:
- Active 2-40 or 2-15 Florida health insurance license (in good standing)
- Ability to be appointed with major carriers in multiple states
- Experience with Medicare and ACA plans (Ancillary product experience a plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) preferred but not required
- Sales Skills: Convert opportunities, cross-selling products and meet sales goals.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent support to clients, build rapport and trust to generate referral business.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the health insurance products and plans offered.
- Analytical Skills: Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRMs and software systems
- High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality
- Continuing Education: Stay informed about industry changes and advancements.
