Overview

We are seeking a highly collaborative and business-minded Senior Product Manager – AI Transformation to help drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate business outcomes through practical AI and automation initiatives.


This is not a traditional Product Management role focused solely on software features. This position operates at the intersection of Product, Operations, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Innovation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver who can move initiatives from concept through execution while influencing cross-functional teams across the business.


You will partner directly with executive leadership and key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations to build scalable solutions that improve how teams operate and make decisions.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving business problems, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and brings energy, urgency, and accountability to everything they do.


Responsibilities

  • Lead AI transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, workflow automation, knowledge management, customer experience, and revenue enablement
  • Identify opportunities where Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can create measurable business impact across the organization
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover business challenges and implement scalable AI-enabled solutions
  • Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and optimization
  • Translate business needs into actionable workflows, product requirements, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Drive alignment and momentum across multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Support workflow automation, knowledge management, reporting, and operational optimization initiatives
  • Define priorities, write user stories, and manage execution across multiple initiatives
  • Evaluate current systems, integrations, processes, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Promote AI adoption and organizational change management through education, enablement, and collaboration
  • Track and communicate measurable business outcomes tied to AI initiatives and operational improvements
  • Create clarity and structure within ambiguous or evolving business challenges


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Operations, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, or related cross-functional leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI innovation initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to clearly articulate the impact of AI-enabled solutions across operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue enablement, workflow automation, knowledge management, reporting, or decision-making processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience gathering requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and driving execution in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Comfortable operating in highly collaborative and evolving environments
  • Experience within SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations preferred


Proven experience driving AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives across one or more of the following functional areas:

  • Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Customer Success
  • Customer Support
  • Marketing Operations
  • Product Operations
  • Finance and Business Operations
  • Knowledge Management
  • Internal Productivity and Workflow Automation
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence
  • Enterprise Data and Process Optimization



Experience implementing or leveraging technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem strongly preferred, including:

  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure AI Services
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams integrations and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, customer support, customer success, and operational platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar technologies preferred
  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss measurable outcomes and business impact from prior AI, automation, operational improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational adoption
  • Energetic, collaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
