Director, Enterprise PMO & IT Transformation

We are seeking a transformational IT and business leader to build and lead our Enterprise PMO and IT Transformation function from the ground up.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for establishing enterprise portfolio governance, delivery frameworks, intake and prioritization processes, strategic planning capabilities, and executive-level reporting across the organization.
The ideal candidate is not simply a program manager they are a builder. Someone who has created PMO organizations, standardized enterprise delivery practices, and aligned IT investments to business strategy at scale.
This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to drive transparency, prioritization, operational discipline, and successful execution across a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives including digital transformation, enterprise systems, M&A integration, and operational modernization.
What You’ll Own
Build the Enterprise PMO from the Ground Up
- Establish and lead the Enterprise PMO function, governance model, delivery standards, operating cadence, and portfolio management processes
- Create scalable frameworks for project intake, prioritization, funding, resource planning, dependency management, and enterprise reporting
- Implement portfolio transparency and executive visibility across all strategic initiatives
- Develop standardized delivery methodologies across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid environments
Drive Enterprise IT Transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the multi-year IT roadmap
- Ensure IT investment decisions are aligned to enterprise priorities, ROI expectations, operational readiness, and business outcomes
- Drive organizational maturity around portfolio planning, execution discipline, and change enablement
Strategic Portfolio & Program Leadership
- Oversee enterprise programs and strategic initiatives spanning ERP, customer portals, enterprise applications, infrastructure, operational systems, and business transformation
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting up to the Board level
- Establish KPI-driven portfolio management practices focused on delivery performance, business value realization, financial transparency, and risk mitigation
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalation management, and strategic execution planning
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership
- Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Executive teams
- Lead intake and demand management processes that balance strategic priorities with operational capacity
- Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business value and executive-level communication
Financial, Vendor & Resource Management
- Lead portfolio-level financial planning, forecasting, budget tracking, and investment governance
- Partner closely with FP&A and Finance teams on capital planning and resource allocation
- Drive vendor management, implementation partner oversight, and strategic delivery accountability
- Optimize enterprise resource planning and utilization across initiatives and teams
M&A Integration & Transformation Readiness
- Support IT due diligence, integration planning, and execution activities related to acquisitions
- Assess systems, processes, risks, and integration opportunities across acquired entities
- Establish scalable transformation and integration playbooks for future growth
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Lead enterprise change management strategies to support organizational adoption and transformation success
- Drive process optimization and operational maturity across IT delivery and governance
- Establish repeatable best practices, standards, tools, and reporting mechanisms that improve execution quality and predictability
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise PMO, IT Transformation, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership roles
- Proven experience building or significantly maturing PMO organizations and enterprise delivery functions
- Strong background leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives in complex environments
- Experience managing enterprise portfolios with executive and Board-level visibility
- Deep expertise in portfolio management, intake governance, prioritization frameworks, and strategic planning
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid delivery models, and enterprise PPM disciplines
- Strong financial acumen including budget management, ROI analysis, investment planning, and forecasting
- Experience supporting M&A due diligence, integration planning, or post-merger transformation initiatives
- Strong vendor and systems implementation management experience
- Experience with enterprise technologies such as SAP, customer portals, enterprise applications, and operational platforms
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills
- PMP or related certifications preferred

Salary : $170,000 - $180,000
