Summary
Were excited to train and develop the right candidate. The ideal person brings strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the transceiver industry and technologies. In this role, youll work closely with both customers and internal teams to drive optimal outcomes. As an Account Executive, you will identify target markets, reach out to prospective clients, define product requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions. Additionally, youll manage the product lifecycle from development to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. You will also work with end customers, ODMs, and SIs for qualification testing and market information exchange. Internally, youll be responsible for managing sales operations, including revenue reporting, manufacturing plans for allocation, and materials planning across three sites.
Job Duties
- Maintain frequent contact with end customers, ODMs, and SIs to drive high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support daily business activities with customers, including orders, deliveries, and coordination
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues while balancing customer satisfaction and company objectives
- Assist in quote and negotiate business terms and agreements and keep sales records.
- Identify target market opportunities, grow existing accounts, and actively pursue new customers
- Work with customers and internal teams to support product specifications, development activities, and provide regular business updates to management
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Adminstration is preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all business levels and functions

Sound judgment on making own decisions or escalating to management team when needed

Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred (some customers are located in China)

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office is required

Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
