ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must stay awake and not place themselves in a compromising position/place that is conducive to sleep; Continuously assess the status of the physical building and the individuals throughout the duration of the shift.
- Provides individualized care as outlined in the individuals Life Plan, or ISP.
- Supports the residents to ensure their safety and well being.
- Observes, documents and communicates pertinent information such as behaviors, nursing, nutrition, clinical issues, etc., to facilitate assessment and development of treatment goals.
