Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in resident care, medication administration, and monitoring health conditions, along with a commitment to maintaining residents’ safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Duties
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, physical conditions, and changes in health status.
- Document nursing assessments, medication administration, treatments, and resident progress accurately in medical records.
- Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Perform wound care and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- LPN License
- BLS
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
