Salary: Starting at $26.50 -$30.50/hr based on experience

- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
- Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
- Assist in monitoring medication programs.
- Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
- Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with and rules and regulations and PSL policies.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
- Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.
