Summary
We are currently looking for a Quality Control Technician on 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Collect Product Samples (Bulk and Finished)
- Perform basic lab tests
- Approve line start-ups (ensure proper set up, sign in componentry)
- Perform routine line checks (every two hours)
- Perform product counts at the end of lot production
- Assist in product inspections when line check issues occur
- Release product (mainly bulk product for filling)
- Maintain lab cleanliness and organization
- Maintain lab notebooks and logbooks
- Assist with final product release when requested
- Assist with maintaining lab equipment documentation and checks, as requested
- Additional duties as requested by manager as trained
- Auditing of lab notebook and batch records
- Maintain Reserve Inspection and logs
- Maintain Retention skids and logs
- Daily verification/calibrations of scales, scanners, and meters
- Additional per manager's discretion
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Extreme attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Multi-tasker
- Computer proficient (Excel, Word, Adobe)
- Quality Assurance experience a plus
- Excellent attendance
