Essential Job Functions
- Prepares and disseminates supplier cost change information to sales team
- Develops recommendations and necessary analysis/reports regarding new pricing strategies to maintain profitability and grow market share
- Manage customer compliance requests and work with suppliers to obtain required documentation
- Prepare internal reports (e.g., sales mix and margin) to track, communicate and drive actions with sales team and management.
- Maintains customer and product cost and price matrixes
- Manage supplier rebate programs
- Analyze customer forecast reports to ensure proper inventory and order levels
- Run ad-hoc reports for sales and management team
- Empowered and encouraged to drive efficiencies with existing processes and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business – Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or Equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understand profit and margin calculations
- Eligibility to work in the US
- SAP Business Objects reporting
- Experience within an ERP environment
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines
- Effective listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
