- Partner with sales team and leadership to recommend pricing and incentive strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze and model pricing scenarios for health systems, dealers and distributors
- Build and maintain financial models to assess customer performance and profitability
- Interpret market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies and maintain competitive positioning
- Calculate payments for US customers, including Key Accounts, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), health systems and other accounts based on contractual commitments

- Other job duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2 years of business analysis or pricing, with proven ability to execute complex analyses
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI tools are a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
