Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kingsport, TN, for a Customer Service Sales Representative. Day-to-day, responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting appropriate products and services, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders. The role involves proactive communication with customers to identify their needs, preparing quotes, and facilitating sales to achieve set goals. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any supply chain or product issues is also central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Sales and upselling skills, with a focus on achieving targets and providing tailored solutions
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as attention to detail when managing orders and inquiries
- Technical knowledge of industrial products or a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset
