We are hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) in Twin Falls ID. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. What you’ll do:
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.
Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns- Sourcing parts.
- Assist in generating sales,
- Help in the stockroom as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 yr customer service experience
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).
- Hydraulics, pneumatic knowledge a plus
