- Sales order processing
- Receiving customer purchase orders and verifying information
- Enter order into SAP S4 accounting system
- Confirm order to customer with anticipated ship date
- Purchase order processing
- Prepare purchase orders for items ordered by customer
- Submit PO’s to vendors – verify receipt of PO by vendor & anticipated ship date
- Receive items into ACS inventory
- Update inventory records when vendors release price changes in SAP
- Advanced reporting functions as needed for CFO and VP Sales.
- Receiving incoming shipments and verifying items received to packing slip (UPS & FedEx Online)
- Prepare outgoing shipments verifying outgoing item against packing slip (UPS & FedEx Online)
- Customer Invoicing
- Handle incoming customer calls referring to appropriate party or email
- Complete AES filings for export orders and attend a monthly meeting to review.
- Special Projects as identified
- Must have strong PC skills. Everything we do involves something on the computer.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Office, Excel, etc.)
- High level of proficiency using Excel. Working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, look up function, filters,etc.
- Prior experience with SAP or other ERP Systems.
- Able to lift packages up to 30lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to successful completion
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a high paced environment with constant activity
- Ability to communicate clearly using proper English skills – verbal and written
