Applied Geology and Environmental Science (AGES), Inc., is a privately held environmental and remedial field services company headquartered near the Pittsburgh International Airport in Clinton, Pennsylvania. To support our backlog of work, AGES is recruiting to hire a part-time Administrative/ Microsoft Office Specialist in our office in Clinton, PA (near the Pittsburgh International Airport). The opportunity is a combination of front office management and Microsoft Office document editing with our company document production team. This is an in-office position with flexible workdays and work hours. Job duties will include the following:
- Front Office Management of visitors and deliveries
- Shipping and mailing
- Organization and presentation of office common areas
- Answering of phone (minimal)
- Ordering and stocking of office supplies/needs
- Editing and reviewing of Microsoft Word and Excel documents (MS Certification preferred but not required)
- Assistance with company timesheet and expense review
- General office duties
- Assisting with client satisfaction on every project!
The ideal candidate would have experience in the consulting, engineering and/or construction fields from an administration or technical level. Must be self-motivated, organized, and an excellent written and verbal communicator. Past experience with company-wide office administration is a plus. Travel is not a requirement of this position. Potential for growth into project administration for the motivated employee. Must be a team player, reliable, and willing to work with other administrative and technical staff.
