JOB SUMMARY
As a Manufacturing Engineer in Fargo, ND, you will:
- Support warehouse setup and process readiness activities for the SAP implementation
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of the facilities move
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to document processes, gather requirements, and ensure operational continuity
- Participate in workflow mapping, material flow improvements, and layout planning
- Perform hands‑on tasks in the warehouse and facility as needed to support project goals
- Communicate effectively with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in West Fargo, Harwood, Horace, and Moorhead, and the greater Fargo metro area
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to work onsite in Fargo, ND
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self‑starter with a willingness to take initiative and engage in hands‑on work
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems Exposure to warehouse operations, manufacturing environments, or facilities projects
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and manage multiple priorities
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset
