What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powder shop assistant position at Applied Custom Coatings?
Job description:
Unpacking / de palletizing, hanging parts on carts / racks, prepping, taking parts off cart/ rack and then packing away.
Seeking an individual with high productivity to meet demanding turnaround times.
We have both a indoor and semi outdoor blast set up.
Responsibilities for The Painter/Blaster
- Clean & Break down Equipment's accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain a safe & efficient operation.
- Monitor and maintain blast pot during operations.
- Shovel or pour the sandblasting media into the hopper.
Requirements for The Painter / Sandblaster
- 1 to 2 years of Forklift experience.
- Forklift Certification is a plus
- Must be able to work in the heat, our shop is hot not air conditioned this is required.
- Must be capable of the following: Lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing onto trailers, trucks or ladders. This is a physically demanding job.
- Ability to execute tasks quickly with precision and good quality work .
- Be honest, on time, efficient, hardworking, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Motivated individual & eager to learn.
