Founded in 1978 and proud of the work we do, our customers and employees feel like family.About the RoleWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Manager of FP&A to support and enhance our financial reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities. This role will focus on maintaining and improving existing processes, optimizing reporting systems, and producing accurate, insightful financial analysis as our SaaS business continues to grow.What You’ll Do1. Enhance and Improve FP&A ProcessesMaintain and refine existing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.Strengthen and evolve KPI reporting aligned with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).Improve and expand financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.Maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring internal reporting packages that deliver clear, accurate analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.Improve the monthly close process, variance analysis, and performance reporting.2. Systems, Automation & Data InfrastructureEnhance and maintain FP&A systems, reporting tools, and automation workflows.Improve data accuracy and consistency across ERP, CRM, billing, and BI platforms.Lead and support data warehouse implementation and ongoing maintenance to improve data accessibility and reporting accuracy.Develop scalable templates, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that reduce manual work and increase insight quality.3.
