Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective ABA therapy. This position allows you the flexibility to design your own schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of individuals within the Autism community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement skill-acquisition programs tailored to each client's needs.
- Analyze and graph data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Supervise the implementation of treatment plans by behavior assistants.
- Train caregivers and provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistency in care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper medical documentation.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
- 75% remote 25% in person
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral therapy practices.
- Strong understanding of working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Excellent diagnostic evaluation skills and ability to create effective treatment plans.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-directed.
- Strong communication skills for training staff and interacting with clients and families.
