The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist’s to build and engage the best team in the industry.
This person will work cross-functionally and cross-location to hire, develop and retain the team members we need now, and in the future, to achieve our growth goals and performance expectations.
This is an on-site role, and this individual will spend a minimum of 50% of their time in the office as well as each of our Twin Cities’ facilities periodically.
You must live in the Twin Cities, MN. area to be considered for this role.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist’s to build and engage the best team in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process to build best-in-class production and operations talent.
- Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding program and experience.
- Provide guidance, support, and counsel to management and supervisory team on employee relations and performance management issues.
- Works closely with management and team members to proactively improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Support employee wellness programs and organizational engagement efforts.
- Administer leave programs such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
- Assist with workers’ compensation tracking and return to work coordination.
- Partner with locations on safety programs, incident reporting and OSHA logs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
- Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to support company objectives and customer expectations.
- Have strong planning and organization skills.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of Human Resources experience in an industrial setting required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field plus 2 years of generalist experience in an industrial setting preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience doing full-cycle recruitment required. Experience recruiting for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles highly preferred.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to understanding our business and roles.
