Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, curious and motivated Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Hollywood, Florida. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into tech sales while contributing to a mission-driven organization. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the top of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective ABA therapy companies that would benefit from the ATrack platform.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business pipeline.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Schedule product demonstrations and assist prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and targeting strategies.
- Stay current on ABA industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving ATrack product roadmap.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and qualified meetings set.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling rejection
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Interest in SaaS, healthcare, or ABA industry is a plus
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
