We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
- Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Emotional, sensory, and behavioral regulation throughout the school day.
- Functional communication during frustration, denied access, transitions, and work demands.
- Flexibility with changes in routine, staff, preferred items, activities, or anticipated scripts.
- Receptive, expressive, and social language, including unfamiliar WH questions and multi-step directions.
- Academic engagement, especially phonological processing, decoding, writing, math, and task persistence.
- Daily living and school independence skills that remain in progress, including some grooming, dressing, classroom, and safety skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an educational setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
- Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred)
