Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Per Diem/ Salaried

We’re looking for Per Diem BCBAs in Maryland who want meaningful clinical work with flexibility.

- Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager support
- Professional development and continuing education

- Collaborative environment with families, schools, and clinical leadership
- Lead individualized ABA treatment programs
- Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data
- Develop and update treatment and behavior support plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools
- Make data-driven programming decisions
- Maintain high clinical and documentation standards
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Maryland BCBA/LBA licensure or applicable credential
- Experience with RBT supervision and BST
- Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and/or Vineland
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
