About Applied ABC
Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States.
What we are looking for ?
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
Behavioral Support & Intervention
Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
Regular communication with supervisory staff
Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
Weekday and weekend availability
Collect therapy session data
Qualifications & Skills
Active RBT certification (required).
Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, ABA principles, and crisis management techniques.
Strong adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to shifting student and classroom needs.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with BCBAs, educators, and school staff.
Experience with AAC and functional communication (preferred).
