Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States.
What we are looking for ?
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
Behavioral Support & Intervention:
Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
Regular communication with supervisory staff
Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
Weekday and weekend availability
Collect therapy session data
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RBT certification (required).
- Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, ABA principles, and crisis management techniques.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to shifting student and classroom needs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with BCBAs, educators, and school staff.
- Experience with AAC and functional communication (preferred).
