Part-time role, with hours ranging between 20-40 hours per week. The role requires on-site presence in Fremont, three days a week-Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications:
- Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
- Some Experience with QuickBase helpful
- Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
- Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently
- Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities.
- Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred
