Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on major household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.).
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and solutions.
- Collect payments when required and follow company service protocols.
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience.
- Own tools, reliable transportation, Parts (parts do get reimbursed )and smartphone.
- EPA certification (for sealed system/refrigerant work) Optional
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must operate as an independent contractor (1099 status).
- Bear License
- Liability insurance
