Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager located in Alexandria, VA. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting clients with appliance orders and specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting construction plans, providing product recommendations, coordinating custom appliance solutions, and addressing client inquiries. The role involves working closely with trade professionals to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Account management experience, including relationship-building and client communication knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong sales and product recommendation abilities tailored to client needs
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in using business software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the appliance industry, including current trends and innovations, is a plus
