Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic team on multiple shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with a team to maintain high-quality production standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and CGMP guidelines.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct materials handling tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished products.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Document production activities accurately and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of CGMP regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting.
• Laboratory experience is a plus, contributing to understanding production processes.
• Skills in packaging techniques relevant to pharmaceutical products.
• Strong materials handling capabilities for effective inventory management.
• Machining experience is beneficial for understanding equipment functionality.
• Warehouse experience that supports logistics and distribution processes.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
