Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and CGMP guidelines.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct materials handling tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished products.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Document production activities accurately and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting.
- Laboratory experience is a plus, contributing to understanding production processes.
- Skills in packaging techniques relevant to pharmaceutical products.
- Strong materials handling capabilities for effective inventory management.
- Machining experience is beneficial for understanding equipment functionality.
- Warehouse experience that supports logistics and distribution processes.
