This company offers a clean, stable work environment, exceptional training, and strong long-term growth opportunities.Job SummaryThe Assembler will support manufacturing operations by performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks related to component testing and assembly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys routine work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working with small components and simple tools.Key ResponsibilitiesTest electrical resistors using a computer-operated test box.Load resistors into the test unit.Start automated tests and review pass/fail results.Replace screws on terminal blocks to meet product specifications.Remove incorrect screws and install correct slotted screws.Use basic hand or power tools as needed.Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic computer literacyStrong attention to detail and ability to stay focusedComfortable performing repetitive tasksManual dexterity for handling small partsAbility to climb stairs (work area is on the second floor)Steel or composite-toe boots/shoes and long pants requiredBenefits Upon HireHealth insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Semi-annual bonuses (2–5%)Work in a small, stable company with low turnover and a supportive team culture If you meet these requirements, apply or call 317-887-0747 today!
