I am working with a client, Looking for a travelling Senior Project manager located in Up-State New York.
Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Buffalo NY
Travel: All work in NY State
PTO: 4 weeks PTO
Base: up to $210K
Bonus: Two Guaranteed Bonus' per year
ESOP: 25%
Additional: Expenses Covered by the project
Progression: Massive room for growth internally
Experience: Previously worked on Data Centers and Large Commercial Projects.
Company: 50 years in the Inudstry, has recently has grown from $180M revenue 5 years ago, to now pushing $1B.
Typical projects will include:
Construction: $5M to $500M ; schools, healthcare, industrial, data centers, 5M sq ft warehouses and distribution centers.
Ideal profile
- Senior PM from a GC or an electrical contractor.
- Union or electrician background helpful.
- Wants to rise to VP or COO level.
- Strong mentor and developer of people.
- Based in or willing to commit long term to the Northeast
