Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the Opportunity
We are working with an established and highly respected General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Las Vegas team.
This role will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Candidates with experience in K-12/public works, mission critical, datacenters, healthcare, light industrial, and/or multi-family construction are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules and monitor project progress.
- Manage project budgets, costs, billing, and financial performance.
- Manage subcontractors, including scope review, negotiations, and agreements.
- Coordinate with owners, public entities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage owner change orders, schedule updates, and project documentation.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Provide leadership and support to the project team.
- Participate in preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and business development activities.
Requirements
- 5 years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, owners, and change orders.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of projects.
- Ability to work effectively in an active construction environment.
Preferred: Experience with K-12/public works, light industrial, multi-family, industrial, tilt-up, healthcare, hospitality, misson critical, datacenters retail, or other commercial projects.
Experience with Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Office, P6, or similar software is also preferred.
