Salary: Class I - Step I: $20.41
Schedule: 18.75 hours/week (M-F 12:15-4:00 pm)

Houdini Elementary is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and student-centered Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time (0.5) capacity. This individual plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school while creating a welcoming and positive experience for students, families, and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Health Room needs and student support
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and monitor secure entry/door access
- Coordinate U.S. and interschool mail
- Maintain attendance records, reports, and family communication letters
- Process incoming and outgoing student enrollment/withdrawals
- Manage homeroom counts
- Support incoming 5K student processes
- Update and manage the electronic sign
- Assist with assessment needs
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Principal and Dean of Students
