What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at AppleOne?
We’re hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support dispatch and service operations in the construction/plumbing industry.
Norwalk, CA (100% Onsite)
Salary $24 - $27 per hour Full Benefits
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming service calls and ask the right questions to diagnose needs
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently (routes, timing, workload)
Coordinate with service, sales, and admin teams
Assist with quotes, parts ordering, and invoicing
Maintain accurate service documentation (RMAs, agreements, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong common sense deductive reasoning (this is key)
Tech-savvy with scheduling/logistics tools
1 year of customer service or dispatch experience
Excellent communication skills (English)
Experience with contractors, technicians, or construction is a plus
QuickBooks familiarity is a bonus
