Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Englewood, CO. This role is ideal for a motivated sales support professional who enjoys working with customers, coordinating sales activity, preparing quotes and reports, and helping a sales team operate efficiently.
The Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day sales operations by communicating with current and prospective customers, answering product questions, processing sales-related documentation, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records. This opportunity offers a collaborative team environment where strong communication, organization, and customer service skills can make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact current and prospective customers to explain product features, demonstrate solutions, and support sales opportunities.
- Recommend products based on customer needs, interests, pricing questions, availability, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare estimates, quotes, bids, sales reports, budgets, and related administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, order information, and expense account reports.
- Provide post-sale support by resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and coordinating follow-up communication.
- Monitor market conditions, product updates, competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $20 to $24 per hour.
