Job Summary

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milpitas, CA within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. The Order Management Specialist will support accurate and timely order entry, order maintenance, customer updates, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

- Review incoming customer purchase orders to confirm all required information is complete and accurate.
- Enter, update, and maintain sales orders according to established procedures and instructions from Sales Operations and Planning teams.
- Create and update customer records and part numbers as needed.
- Communicate order status, shipping details, product availability, and estimated shipment dates to internal and external customers.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve customer order issues and provide timely updates from an order management perspective.
- Prepare reports, process customer OS&D claims, and maintain tracking documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Location: Milpitas, CA 95035.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Assignment Duration: 6-month contract or longer.
- Background check required.
