Office Manager / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Looking for a dependable Office Manager / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a small, collaborative office team.

Responsibilities:

•Manage accounts receivable, including customer purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and statements

•Process credit card payments and prepare weekly bank deposits

•Maintain customer order status spreadsheets

•Communicate with customers by phone and email

•Oversee general office operations and provide administrative support

•Assist with a variety of day-to-day office tasks

Qualifications:

•Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience

•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

•Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

•Professional communication and customer service skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
