We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a contract/temporary opportunity in the Denver, Colorado area, near Glendale. The Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoice processing, and general accounting support for a nonprofit charitable organization. Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Enter, update, and maintain financial records, accounting data, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements, account activity, and discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor or customer account support.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Maintain organized financial files and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
